Customer Reviews
coop mobile is ok, but not great
i tried the multi-device option. it works fine, but adding a supercard to get deals felt a bit clunky. digital republic was smoother for that. still, their data travel packs are reasonably priced.
Always a good choice for mobile!
anyone else just keep coming back to coop mobile? I've been with them for ages now, started with prepaid classic and just keep renewing. their deals are always solid, especially with supercard, and never had an issue porting a number in, just like the question says. super reliable service.
Good value, smooth activation
I ordered the Mobile 25 subscription a couple of weeks ago. The online ordering process was straightforward; I just picked my plan and entered my details. Delivery of the SIM card was surprisingly quick, it arrived within three business days. Activation was a breeze too, I followed the instructions on the website and it was up and running in minutes. I even managed to activate the 5G Option without any issues. Customer support wasn't really needed, which is always a good sign in my book. The service itself has been reliable, using the Swisscom network is definitely a plus. So far, very happy with the quality and ease of use for the price point.
Decent service, minor issue
I signed up for the Prepaid Classic. The initial setup was quite simple, and getting my existing number transferred over was handled efficiently. The network quality is solid, as expected from Swisscom. My only minor gripe was that the confirmation email for the Roaming Pack I added took a bit longer than I anticipated to arrive, which made me double-check if it had gone through. Otherwise, the service has been reliable, and the pricing is competitive. Good value overall, but a quicker email confirmation would be nice.
Absolutely love my new plan!
I just signed up for the Mobile Classic plan and I'm so glad I did! The process was incredibly easy, from picking the plan to activating my eSIM. Everything was super fast and clear. The service has been fantastic, really reliable, and I can tell it's on a premium network. I even added a Data Pack for my trip and it worked perfectly, no hiccups at all! I'm definitely going to recommend Coop Mobile to all my friends!
Easy switch, good signal
Switched to Coop Mobile last week. Got the Prepaid Surf. Number porting worked fine. Signal's strong. No complaints.
Great savings on Mobile 50
I'm always looking for the best deal, and the Mobile 50 promotion caught my eye. They had a really good offer for new customers, which made the monthly fee very attractive. I compared it with a few other providers and this one definitely offered the most bang for my buck, especially since it uses the Swisscom network. The activation fee being waived was also a nice bonus, saving me another 40 CHF upfront. It felt like a smart purchase and I definitely feel like I got good value for my money. Worth checking out their current promotions if you're on a budget.
Simple setup, works well
So I needed a new plan and decided to try Coop Mobile. Got the Swiss Flat one. Ordering online was pretty chill, didn't take forever. The SIM card showed up in the mail a few days later, which was faster than I thought. Popped it in, followed some steps, and it just worked. No fuss. Signal's been good, no weird dropouts or anything. Overall, it's been a smooth ride.

hey, was thinking about switching to Coop Mobile. Is it true they use the Swisscom network? That'd be a huge plus for coverage.
Are their prepaid data packs any good for travelers? Like the 'Data Travel' ones, do they have decent coverage and speeds when you're abroad?
How does Coop Mobile compare to M-Budget Mobile? Both seem like good budget options, but wondering about network quality or any big differences.
I'm looking at the Mobile Start plan, seems good for light use. Is there a minimum contract length for these plans, or can I cancel anytime?
Thinking of getting a new plan, maybe one of the Mobile Classic or something. Are those 50% off deals for life actually legit, or is it just for a few months?
Anyone know if there are usually special deals around Black Friday for new customers? Was hoping to snag a good discount on a subscription.
Anyone know if you can use Supercard points to pay for stuff, like my monthly bill or even a new SIM? Or is it just for discounts?
